Tynecastle: A luxury lock and leave townhome project in Charlotte's SouthPark area, IJ successfully helped in site evaluation, architectural design, features and selections offerings, on-site marketing, and turn key in house advertising development resulting in a 24 month sell out of the 14 unit Greg Perry designed luxury townhome project.
